Risk Disclosure
Capital structure decisions involve substantial financial risk and are not suitable for every issuer or investor. Outputs of the KODA Capital platform are research and decision-support computations, not investment advice. Past relationships between models and outcomes do not guarantee future results.
Acting on platform output without competent professional review may result in material loss of capital.
Synthetic priors and model assumptions
Several engines in the KODA Capital council operate on synthetic priors during the controlled pilot phase. These priors are commodity-financial assumptions calibrated against published research, not trained predictive models. Where a surface uses synthetic data, it is labelled visibly with a provenance badge.
Data freshness and feed limitations
Market data is sourced from public providers (Yahoo Finance, Brapi, BCB SGS, ANBIMA) and is typically delayed relative to live exchange feeds. Where delayed data is used, it is declared. Real-time CME, ICE, or B3 co-located feeds are not currently provisioned.
No advisory relationship
KODA Capital is operated by Trabal Group with technology by Solunai Co., Ltd. The platform does not provide regulated investment advice, does not execute trades, and does not hold customer funds. Use of the platform does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or broker-dealer relationship. Users assume full responsibility for any decision made using platform output.
Brazilian market specifics
For Brazilian listed issuers, decisions involving share buyback, follow-on offerings, debenture issuance, and treasury-share execution are subject to Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) rules including but not limited to CVM Resolution 77 (treasury share operations) and CVM Resolution 160/161 (public offerings). Execution schedules computed by the platform attempt to honour CVM 77 participation caps but are not a substitute for legal review by qualified counsel.
